We are looking for a SAP PM Workflow Manager for our client.
Job description:
- Creates and communicates system functionality templates in required areas
- enables and secures cross functionalities between different modules
- manages activities and meetings
- coordinates activities between projects and streams
- describes and documents SAP PM workflow and templates with relevant parties
- supports the project work
- communicates relevant information to all required project stakeholders
- participates to planning and testing phases
- provides required documents in time
- ability to travel and fluent communication in multicultural environment
- realizes PM reporting with SMART in planned quality and realizes monitoring of mill counters/measuring points in/with SMART in required quality
- realizes work order scheduling with Prometheus in planned quality
- responsible for key user training in Wood Products area
- has the ability to travel for all WP mills.
Technology/system requirements:
- Good SAP PM skills
- experienced on following required SAP add-ons/enhancements/3rd party tools: Prometheus (GWOS) and SMART/Power BI. If no experience yet, ability to get familiar with those SAP add-ons/enhancements/3rd party tools quickly.
Method requirements:
- Understands complexity in developing PM workflows in general and with special focus of actual situation in SE WP division
- ability to transform required workflows into specific templates.
Language requirements:
- Solid English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
- skills in one of the following or several languages useful: German, Czech, Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Finnish, Swedish, Estonian and Russian.
Experience level:
- 5-10 years of hands-off experience in SAP PM required
- experienced in PM template development
Job location:
Rotating location.
Austria, Czech R., Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Estonia and Russia.
Remote work is possible, if no presence at the mills is required.
Job duration:
January 2022 – September 2023 (21 months)
