We are looking for a SAP Technical Data Manager for our client.
Job description:
- is head of all MM and PM master data setup activities
- is ensuring that master data quality is leveraged to the predefined and for SAP required level
- is ensuring that as much master data as possible (e. g. technical properties of items, technical information of production lines) is mined at the mills
- is ensuring that master data is entered complete and accurate into SAP system
- is leading a team of mainly 4 persons (2 MM team leaders and 2 PM team leaders) but has authority to instruct any data set up personnel that work on data set up at the mills if team leaders need support
- manages all activities and meetings which are required to coordinate the MM and PM master data activities
- is responsible for keeping the time main schedule and costs of data set up phases
- coordinates activities between data set up and other program phases
- supports the program work where necessary
- communicates relevant information to all required project stakeholders
- is reporting to program manager
- fluent communication in multicultural environment
- has the ability to travel for all WP mills.
Technology/system requirements:
- Good SAP MM & PM skills
- experience on following SAP add-ons/enhancements/3rd party tools advantageous: Prometheus (GWOS) and SMART/Power BI. If no experience yet, ability to get familiar with those SAP add-ons/enhancements/3rd party tools quickly.
Method requirements:
- Understands complexity of MM and PM master data in general and with special focus of actual situation in SE WP division
- ability to coordinate data set up activities in multicultural environment
- good ability to solve issues related to master data setup activities
- ability to clarify issues related to technical master data in detail where required
Language requirements:
- Solid English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
- skills in one of the following or several languages useful: German, Czech, Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Finnish, Swedish, Estonian, Russian and Dutch.
Experience level:
- 5-10 years of hands-off experience in SAP MM and/or PM project management required
- Minimum 5 years experience in SAP MM and PM master data management area required
Job location:
Rotating location.
Austria, Czech R., Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Russia, Netherlands.
Remote work is possible, if no presence at the mills is required.

January 2022 – December 2024
