We are looking for two Test and Roll out Managers for our client in the Central Europe.

Job description:

• Runs complete roll out process for central region
• Defines detail roll out plan and executes it in central mills
• Defines complete and detailed roll out steps per site
• Defines test protocols and check list for each roll out implementation phases
• Carries out test protocols with sites and project team
• Creates detailed program and schedule for each mill
• Communicates relevant information to all required project stakeholders
• is reporting to program manager
• fluent communication in multicultural environment
• has the ability to travel for all WP mills.

 

Technology/system requirements: 

• Good SAP MM & PM skills in general (master data, workflows, module functionalities)
• Good knowledge about SAP MM and PM template development
• Good SAP MM & PM customizing knowledge
• Good knowledge about SAP user authorization and roles

 

Method requirements: 

• Understands complexity of MM and PM master data and work flows in general and with special focus of actual situation in SE WP division.
• Understands and deals with complexity of multi-mill roll outs in tight time period
• ability to coordinate SAP roll out activities in multicultural environment
• good ability to solve issues related to SAP roll out activities quickly
• Good ability to explain sophisticated IT systems to nonprofessional SAP users; ability to teach handling of SAP system

 

Language requirements: 

• Solid English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
• Skills in one of the following or several languages useful: German, Czech, Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian and Dutch.

 

Experience level:

• 5-10 years of hands-off experience in SAP MM and PM roll out management and execution required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in system assessment area required

 

Job location:

Rotating location. Austria, Czech R., Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Netherlands.
Remote work is possible, if no presence at the mills is required.

 

Job duration:

March 2023 – December 2024 (22 months)
